In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1, or go to your nearest emergency department

Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday during normal business hours and are transferred to our voicemail for lunch from 12:00PM-1:00PM daily, excluding Friday’s as we close at 12:30PM. To schedule an appointment or speak to someone at our front desk please use option 1.

To refill a prescription please utilize our prescription refill line by selecting option 2. When leaving a message on the RX refill line please be sure to leave your full name, date of birth, the prescription you need refilled, along with the pharmacy you wish to be sent to. Our medical assistances will send your request to pharmacy of your choice within 24 business hours.

After Hours. In the event of a true medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department. In the event that you need to need to speak to the Medical Provider on call and you cannot wait until normal business hours, please select option 3. Please note this is for true medical emergencies only and should be utilized in the event of an emergency circumstance.
