The attention to my concerns and a very thorough discussion of next steps. I already have complete confidence in Hannah and welcome all upcoming labs/tests to determine and/or remove probable concerning issues.Posted on Alex MinorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS!! Only been to this practice 2x and both times the wait was ridiculous. The first time I waited 47 minutes to be seen. I didn't say anything. Today after 32 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I asked the front desk how much longer I would have to wait and told her I would appreciate it if they communicated with me so I wasn't just waiting aimlessly. When I finally got called backed and went into the room, I answered the questions I was asked. I told the nurse everything was the same. She insisted she needed to ask. I said okay. She said she would be right back. Took the thing off my finger, walked out the room and slammed the door. Amanda finally comes in very rude and condescending trying to check me as if I am a child when she doesn't even have the full story. I repeated myself and what I said. Her expectations is that I wait no matter how long because in her words she deals with humans. In my words she still needs to communicate. Its literally not that hard to communicate when you choose to work in a human service field. This practice needs to do better especially when they only have a 5 minute grace period to wait on their clients but expect their clients to wait close to an hour for them. All she did was order lab work for me and didnt help me with anything of my other questions. I definitely would not recommend this practice at all!!
